If you are planning a big ride, bring your bike in a few weeks before hand. If anything needs to be ordered and is on backorder, there should not be anything preventing your ride. Many very experienced riders like to take a few hundred mile ride the week before their big ride to work out any issues with rider comfort and to double check everything else.
